Managing your Profile

In an ongoing effort to ensure your experience is nothing less than exemplary, Stewart Online provides each user the opportunity to customize profile settings to best suit their individual needs.

Single login — global access

With Stewart Online all your transaction information is accessible using one Login ID and password. By leveraging the single login capabilities of SureClose Transaction Management System, we are able to provide you role-based access to any transaction file we are facilitating on your behalf whether the property is around the corner or across the globe.

Updating your profile settings

Before making changes to our online profile, it is important to note any edits will effect all transaction files you are party to. Once you are logged into Stewart Online, please take a moment to click on the My Setup link and verify your email address and contact information is accurate. As you can imagine, this detail is vital to your closer's ability to process your transaction quickly and efficiently. About automated notifications

Stewart Online has the ability to provide you automated notification related to critical documents that have posted to your online file or milestone activities that have been completed. Within your My Setup profile you can enable (by checking associated box) or disable (by un-checking associated box) specific notifications on a global level. 

Example: By un-checking the Task Notification box you have disabled all task notifications related to Schedule or Completed Activities across all transaction files you are party to.
